I. Flow rate of candle filter drops suddenly:
1. End cap is not tight; tighten the end cap
2. Pipe valve is not open; open the valve
3. Low intake pressure; check the cause and increase intake pressure
4. O-ring leaks; replace
5. Pipe leaks; repair the pipe
II. Increased pressure drop of candle filter:
1. Filter element is blocked or adsorbed in large amount; replace the filter element
2. Filter element is aged; replace the filter element
3. Large intake impurity load; perform pretreatment
4. Water accumulates in the filter cartridge; find out the cause and remove the water accumulation
5. Automatic drainer fails; adjust, repair or replace the drainer
6. The filter is not installed horizontally; reinstall
III. Poor filtering effect of candle filter:
1. No pretreatment of intake air; add a pre-filter
2. Filter element is aged; replace the filter element
3. The air contains chemicals that the filter element cannot adsorb; pre-treat according to the situation
4. Flow rate Exceeding the rated value; replacing the large flow filter
5. There is an air flow short circuit inside the filter; find the cause and treat it symptomatically
6. The filter element fixing screws are not tightened; tighten the filter element
7. The filter inlet and outlet are connected in reverse; identify the marked direction and reconnect
8. The downstream pipeline is not clean; flush the downstream pipeline
9. There are residual pollutants at the point of use; remove the residual pollutants
10. The bypass valve is not closed; tighten the bypass valve
IV. the candle filter does not work:
1. The inlet and outlet valves are not opened; open the valve
2. The filter element is seriously blocked; replace the filter element
3. The filter is damaged; replace the filter
4. The piping is blocked; repair the piping
