The filtration methods of filter bags are divided into: external filtration and internal filtration; according to temperature resistance, they are divided into: normal temperature, medium temperature, and high temperature; according to the cross-sectional shape of filter bags: flat bags (trapezoid, flat shape) and round bags (cylindrical) ; According to the air inlet and outlet methods, it is divided into: bottom air inlet and top air outlet, top air inlet and bottom air outlet, and DC type (only applicable to flat bags).

In order to extend the service life of filter bags, many users clean the filter bags. The cleaning of filter bags requires the following methods:

1. Manual tapping: Manually tap each filter bag to remove the dust accumulated on the filter bag.
2. Mechanical vibration cleaning: including top vibration cleaning and middle vibration cleaning (for filter bags), using a mechanical vibration device to periodically vibrate each row of filter bags to remove dust accumulated on the filter bags.
3. Gas cleaning: Gas cleaning uses high-pressure gas or external atmospheric backflushing to remove dust accumulated on the filter bag. Gas purification includes pulse jet purification, backflush air purification and backsuction air purification.

Cleaning of the filter bags in bag filters is very important. If not handled in time, the filter bag will lose its function due to overloading. Once the filter bag loses its function, it needs to be replaced, which increases the cost.
