The filter bag is the core filter element of bag filters and candle filters, which directly determines the filtration performance and the quality of the final filter.  Filter bag filtration forms include two types

1) Depth filtration: The filter bag materials for depth filtration mainly include PP polypropylene, PE polyester needle felt filter bags, oil absorption filter bags, etc. The entire filter layer is composed of three-dimensional loose pores formed by oil fibers in the depth direction, from loose to dense, forming gradient filtration. It provides liquid flow and impurity holding capacity. The surface of the needle felt has been treated by calendering and burning processes to prevent fiber shedding and secondary pollution. It does not contain silicone and has no chemical release. It is suitable for filtering high, medium and low viscosity fluids and has a strong filtering effect on various impurities.

2) Surface filtration: The main filter bag material for surface filtration is nylon. The filter layer of the filter bag is composed of high-quality nylon monofilament woven smooth mesh with square openings. The intersection points of warp and weft yarns are high-temperature shaped to ensure that they will not change due to pressure changes. All particles larger than the filter pore size are intercepted, suitable for capturing large and hard particles, and can be reused many times after cleaning.

 Filter Bag performance:

 PP polypropylene filter bag: used for liquid filtration in the chemical industry, with good acid and alkali resistance, filtration accuracy from 0.5 microns to 300 microns, and working temperature below 90°C.

 PE polyester needle felt filter bag: has good chemical resistance, filtration accuracy from 0.5 microns to 300 microns, and working temperature below 150°C.

 Nylon filter bag: has good chemical resistance (except acid resistance), filtration accuracy from 25 microns to 1200 microns, and working temperature below 160°C.

 SP non-woven oil-absorbing filter bag: composed of non-woven fabric and oil-absorbing material, it has the dual functions of deep filtration and adsorption, and the accuracy ranges from 1 micron to 300 microns.

 PTFE polytetrafluoroethylene filter bag: Made of PTFE polytetrafluoroethylene material, it is resistant to strong acids, strong alkali, and various organic solvents.  PTFE is also high temperature resistant and extremely resistant to temperatures up to 250°C. It has an extremely long service life and can be used in various harsh conditions. Accuracy range is 1 micron to 300 micron.

 PVDF polyvinylidene fluoride filter bag: It is composed of PVDF polyvinylidene fluoride material and has the characteristics of resistance to strong acid, strong alkali and various organic solvents.  PVDF is also high temperature resistant and can withstand temperatures up to 150°C. It has an extremely long service life and can be used in various harsh conditions. Accuracy range is 1 micron to 300 micron.
