Stainless Steel Johnson Screen

Stainless Steel Johnson screen can be divided into screen tube and screen plate two types. Reactor Johnson Screen Features as follow: 1. High strength. The cross-sectional height of the V-shaped screen bars is greater than the width, and the mesh bars themselves have strength. The contact points between the screen bar and the support bar are fixed by welding to make the screen bar strong into a whole. 2. High opening rate. Generally, the openings of porous plates do not exceed 30%. Due to the width of the hole bridges between the openings, the hole bridges are easy to break. There is no such restrictions in reactor Johnson screen, the hole bridges of reactor Johnson screen are screen bars. Because of the processing method and cross-sectional shape of the screen bars, they are not easy to break. The hole bridges can be relatively narrow. When the screen size is bigger than 50cm, reducing the width of the screen bars or enlarging the gap between the screen bars ,both can increase the opening rate of the Reactor Johnson screen. 3. Resistant to clogging. V-shaped sieve bars are arranged together. Viewed from the cross section, the openings are bell mouths. Once catalyst particles pass through the gaps in the sieve bars, they will being carried away by the fluid, because the particles only have two points of contact with the edges of the screen bars, the possibility of getting stuck in the gaps of the screen bars is very small. The contact area between the hole edge of the porous plate and the particles If it is larger, particle jamming may occur. 4. It can filter fine particles. Reactor Johnson screen can control the gap between the screen bars by the density of the screen bar arrangement. We can use computer numerical control modulation room to control the gap.The min. gap can be 14um.
