Pulse Jet Bag Filter Dust Collector Pulse Jet Bag Filter Dust Collector is used to filter and collect solid particles in dust-containing gases, and is widely used in power plants, metallurgy, cement, glass, chemical industry, papermaking and other industries.
The dust removal efficiency is extremely high, reaching more than 99.99%; the filter is not sensitive to the nature of dust and is not affected by dust and resistance. When using high-temperature filter materials such as glass fiber, PTFE, and P84, it can work under high-temperature conditions above 200°C.
On the basis of absorbing excellent domestic and foreign technologies, we have further optimized and innovated in aspects such as compressed air pulse injection system and auxiliary air distribution, and obtained a number of patented technologies. The optimized bag dust collector has the characteristics of high dust removal efficiency, low steel consumption, low resistance, and small coverage.

The Pulse Jet Bag Filter Dust Collector consists of an upper box, a middle box, a lower box, a dust removal system, and an injection system.
1. The upper box includes a cover plate and an air outlet.
2. The middle box includes porous plates, filter frames, filter bags, and air ducts.
3. There is a ash hopper, air inlet and access door in the lower part of the box. The injection system includes control valves, pulse solenoid valves, injection pipes, air bags, etc.
Working principles of Pulse Jet Bag Filter Dust Collector
When dust-containing gas enters the middle and lower boxes, the dust will adhere to the filter bag, and the gas will be discharged through the air duct and the upper box. As the dust increases, the pressure loss of the dust bag will also increase, and this pressure loss will be fed back to the controller. The controller receives and issues instructions to trigger various pulse valves to inject gas from each injection hole, and then inject gas into the corresponding filter bag through the venturi tube. The filter bag expands rapidly in response to airflow, causing the dust to fall off the filter bag, allowing the filter bag to be reused.
