Preparation before starting:
Operators must hold an operation card and be operated by a dedicated person.
If there are obstacles around the filter, they should be removed in time.
After the filter is repaired, check whether the connection and fit of each component are firm and whether the tightness is appropriate.
Operation sequence: Note that the equipment is installed in a bypass manner
Sand filling: The inlet and outlet valves of the equipment are closed and isolated from the on-site system. Coarse and fine sand are filled in the tank in turn. After filling one type, the surface should be flattened before filling the next type. Each tank is filled in turn.
Sand washing: The initial state of the equipment is the filtering state. Only the inlet valve and drain valve of the equipment are opened, and then the sand in each tank is manually cleaned in turn. The clear water is qualified. The cleaning time of each tank is about 15 minutes.
Start the filtration operation: Open the inlet and outlet valves of the filter. The operation and backwashing pressure of the filter are adjusted by the outlet valve. During backwashing, the outlet pressure should be kept above 0.25MPa to achieve the best cleaning effect.
Backwashing operation: After the filter has been running for a certain period of time, the filter residue will block the gap, causing a differential pressure to form in the inlet and outlet pipes of the filter. The value of the differential pressure can be observed from the inlet and outlet pressure gauges. When the differential pressure reaches the set 0.1Mpa, or when the set filtration time of 4h is reached, automatic backwashing is performed.
Equipment maintenance and care:
Check whether the filter is leaking. Check whether the sealing parts and auxiliary valves of the equipment are leaking. If there is leakage, find out the location and cause of the leakage and stop the leakage in time.
Check whether there is vibration. Is there abnormal vibration when the valve is opened and closed? If there is vibration, find out the cause and take timely solutions.
