Common fault analysis of the leakage and startup of the fully automatic self-cleaning filter:
1. There are two basic reasons for the leakage problem of the transmission shaft part of the self-cleaning filter (the leakage of the cylinder and flange part is not within this range), as follows:
1)The material or specification of the transmission shaft sealing ring does not meet the requirements, and the sealing ring that meets the requirements is replaced.
2)The second is that the sealing ring is worn during long-term operation, causing the sealing between the transmission shaft and the filter body to be loose and leaking. In this case, timely replacement of the sealing ring of the corresponding specifications can solve these problems.
2. Automatic sewage valve failure
Specifically, the sewage valve does not move during automatic cleaning or the sewage valve cannot be opened or closed.
1)When this problem occurs, the electromagnetic sewage valve is generally selected. The electromagnetic valve is a pilot type. The electromagnetic iron first opens the pilot hole, and then relies on the pressure of the water in the system to flush the diaphragm to open the valve.
2)Since there are many impurities in the sewage, it is easy to block the pilot hole, resulting in the electromagnetic valve not moving after opening or not closing tightly.
3)Use electric ball valve or hydraulic solenoid valve as drain valve to solve the problem that ordinary solenoid valve is easy to fail as the automatic drain valve of self-cleaning filter.
3. Self-cleaning control system failure
Frequent startup leads to an increase in the amount of cleaning water, shortening the service life of the filter.
1)This problem is generally caused by the parameter setting of the filter not meeting the working conditions.
2)This is mainly the problem of the cleaning pressure difference value and cleaning time interval set by the pressure difference controller. The filter cleaning system is frequently started and the control system problem can be solved by setting a large pressure difference value and time interval.
