The self cleaning air filter is a new type of high-efficiency air filter with automatic dust cleaning function. It is especially suitable for long-term and continuous air purification of gas equipment under frequent use conditions, and can effectively filter out small pollutants emitted during the production process.

 Working principles:

 When pneumatic equipment inhales dusty air, it can cause wear and tear on the equipment. The inhaled dust will accumulate on the surface of the fan blades, causing the dynamic balance of the rotor in the equipment to be unbalanced, greatly reducing its service life. Harmful chemicals in dust can cause equipment to rust and corrode. Therefore, pneumatic equipment must be equipped with high-precision air filters.  ZKL series self-cleaning air filters are improved and perfected according to the air intake requirements of similar air compressors at home and abroad. At present, the product performance fully meets the air intake requirements of industrial gas turbines, blast furnace blowers, air compressors and other equipment.

 Filtration process: dusty air is inhaled through the primary filter box (1) and passes through the high-efficiency filter cartridge (2). Due to the comprehensive effects of gravity, inertia, diffusion, contact interception, etc., the dust is adsorbed on the high-efficiency filter cartridge. The clean air enters the venturi tube (4) through the sealing gasket (3), gathers in the clean air chamber (5), and then enters the air collection port (6). The clean air is sucked into the outlet pipe (7) by the air compressor.

  Self-cleaning process: After the dusty air is filtered, the dust is adsorbed on the high-efficiency filter cartridge.  The PLC starts the backflush self-cleaning process according to the set sequence. When the pressure difference exceeds 600Pa, the PLC controls the backflush self-cleaning process in sequence (backflush time is 0.1-0.2 seconds). The remaining high-efficiency filter cartridges continue to work normally and remove dust through backflushing.
