Classification of  Dust Filter Cartridge

1.the ordinary polyester non-woven fabric is made of polyester fiber material, the filtration accuracy is generally more than 5um, the scope of application: powder spraying, sandblasting, pigment, wood, cement and other industries of filtration.

2.coated polyester non-woven fabric using imported PTFE coated polyester filter material, the material is made of filter cylinder long service life, high filtration accuracy, easier to reverse blow ash, up to 1-2 years under general working conditions.

Scope of application: filtration of welding dust, shot peening, pharmaceutical, cement, tobacco, textile industry (anti-coal ash yarn) and other industries.

3.anti-static polyester non-woven anti-static, that is, anti-static aluminum film treatment, is to cover the surface of the filter material with an extremely thin conductive and breathable metal aluminum coating, to avoid static fire jumping, suitable for metal dust filtration, explosion-proof conditions dust removal.

Cleaning method of  Dust Filter Cartridge

Commonly used automatic cleaning methods for filter cartridges include high-pressure gas pulse backflushing and mechanical vibration. Pulse backflush uses the preset parameters of the controller to give a signal to the solenoid valve, instantly opening and closing the solenoid valve diaphragm, allowing high-pressure gas to enter the blow pipe, and using the rapid expansion force of the gas to shake off the dust on the surface of the filter cartridge. Generally, the gas pressure We set it to about 6 kilograms of force. Mechanical vibration dust cleaning is often used in small single-machine cartridge dust collectors. It uses the shaking force generated by the eccentric device on the dust collector to clean dust. This action needs to be stopped and operated.
