Features:

Working principles:

Different liquids have different saturated vapor pressures. At a temperature of 70 degrees Celsius, water begins to boil at a pressure of about 30kPa, while oil boils at a low pressure of 5Pa. At the same temperature, the saturated vapor pressure of oil is much lower than that of water. Therefore, when the pressure on the oil surface is reduced to below the saturated vapor pressure of water by vacuuming, the water in the oil will vaporize violently and overflow from the oil in the form of steam. The oil enters the vacuum tank from the top and is sprayed downward through the nozzle with the help of vacuum suction. The water in the oil vaporizes in the vacuum chamber and is pumped out by the vacuum pump. The dehydrated oil is discharged from the bottom. The middle part of the vacuum chamber is filled with lipophilic material, which disperses the injected oil on the surface of the filling material to form a thin oil film, which increases the air-liquid interface area and prolongs the time for the oil to stay in the gas phase space.

3. High filtration precision: The filtration precision of PTFE sintered filter elements can reach 0.3um, or even below 0.1um, which is beyond the reach of ordinary metal filter elements.

4. Smooth outer surface: The outer surface of the filter element is as smooth as "waxing", making it difficult for impurities to hang on the surface. At the same time, the filtration precision of the outer surface is high, and the filtration precision of the inner layer is low, making it difficult for impurities to embed in the filter element.
