The HZ Series  Vacuum Oil Purifier is designed based on the principle that water and oil have different boiling points. It consists of a vacuum heating tank, fine filter, condenser, pre-filter, water tank, vacuum pump, oil drain pump, electrical cabinet, etc. The vacuum pump draws air from the vacuum tank, creating a vacuum. Oil from an external source enters the pre-filter through the oil inlet pipe at atmospheric pressure, removes larger particles, and then enters the heating tank. The oil heated to 40~75°C passes through the automatic oil skimming valve to automatically control the oil balance in and out of the vacuum tank.

 The heated oil becomes semi-mist due to rapid rotation, and the water in the oil is separated, quickly evaporates into water vapor, and is continuously pumped into the condenser by the vacuum pump. The water vapor entering the condenser is cooled and returned to the original state of water, and then released. The oil in the vacuum heating tank is discharged into the fine filter by the oil discharge pump, and tiny particles and impurities are filtered out through filter paper or filter elements to complete the rapid removal of impurities, water, and gas in the oil, and the clean oil is discharged from the oil outlet.

 2. Filtration system: Using a three-stage filtration process, the oil suction port is equipped with a coarse filter to protect the oil pump and extend the service life of the main filter. There are two precision filters behind the pump to quickly achieve high oil cleanliness. The filter material is made of special gradient pore glass fiber material, which can achieve layered filtration of different particle sizes and greatly extend the service life of the filter element. It has a well-structured filter element that effectively reduces the surface flow rate of the filter material and ensures stable filtration accuracy.

 3. Heating system: Using segmented and step-by-step heating, the surface heat load is less than 1.0W/cm2 to prevent overheating and oil quality deterioration. The oil temperature can be adjusted arbitrarily from 0 to 100°C, automatically controlled, and has a protection device that automatically stops operation when the oil input is too low to prevent damage to the heater.

 4. Automatic control system: This machine uses a series of automatic control instruments such as frequency converters, liquid level transmitters, temperature sensors, and vacuum sensors to collect various information about the operation of the equipment, and then process it through the central processor to achieve automatic control. . Control the operation of the entire device and monitor its operating status. The machine is equipped with various protection devices (overload protection, overvoltage protection, phase sequence protection, abnormal operation shutdown protection) to ensure the safe operation of the equipment.
