1. Structural Principle of Micro Drum Filter for Paper and Pulp Wastewater Treatment

1) The core component of the drum microfiltration machine, the screen, adopts a new narrow-slit wedge-shaped stainless steel hardware grille. Compared with the woven mesh or nylon mesh used in traditional filters, it has the advantages of high mechanical strength, not easy to deform, and not easy to break. Additionally, the filtration capacity can be restored by using high-pressure water or compressed air to blow the filter from the reverse side. Therefore, the filter has the characteristics of stable processing capacity, long service life, and low maintenance and operation costs.

2) The screen is made into a cylindrical shape, the outlet is in the shape of a trumpet, and the narrow slits of the screen are parallel to the cylinder wall. During operation, the screen moves in a circular motion in the opposite direction to the flow direction. Since the water flow is tangentially deflected between narrow gaps, suspended solids in the wastewater are easily filtered, achieving a high separation effect.

3) The screen gap is 0.15-2.5mm (equivalent to 8-10 mesh), and there are 9 different specifications to meet the needs of various wastewater treatment processes.
