 Working principle

1. Pressure transmission: Send the material to be filtered into the feed port of the precision filter, and let it pass through the inside of the filter through the pressure difference or external fo
rce.

2. Pore size selectivity: There are many tiny pores inside the precision filter. The pore sizes of these pores are set ccording to needs and can be selected according to the size of molecules or particulate matter to achieve selective filtration.

3. Accumulation of substances: When the substances to be filtered pass through the micropores, larger molecules or particles are blocked by the pore walls and cannot pass through, thus being filtered out. Smaller molecules or particles will pass through the pores and enter the filter outlet.

4. Cleaning and reuse: As the substances to be filtered accumulate, the pores inside the filter may become clogged, affecting the filtration effect. Therefore, the filter needs to be cleaned or replaced. Cleaned filters can be reused.

To sum up, microporous precision filters block larger molecules or particulate matter inside the filter through selective filtration, allowing smaller molecules or particles to pass through the pores to achieve the purpose of screening and separating substances.
