Cartridge dust collector plays an irreplaceable role in the field of dust control. Recently, some customers have reported that problems often occur during use and dust control operations have to be stopped. In view of this situation, it is recommended that you should do a good job of daily inspection of the cartridge dust collector, especially pay attention to the following inspections:
1. Clean air chamber and filter cartridge-Regularly check the clean air chamber and filter cartridge of the cartridge dust collector to check for dust accumulation, water vapor or rust spots. When these problems occur, it means that the filter cartridge is damaged or the operation process is incorrect.
2. Inspection of pneumatic air valve-It can be determined according to the daily operating status. If the pneumatic air valve does not work, it is necessary to check whether the gas and electricity are connected properly. If it is confirmed that they are connected properly, check whether the solenoid valve is damaged.
3. Equipment sealing inspection-When there is water vapor like small puddles or rust spots inside the cartridge dust collector box, it means that the water vapor may be caused by leakage from the outside.
4. Inspection of maintenance door-The leakage of the maintenance door is generally caused by improper tightening of the door or problems with the sealing gasket. Correctly tighten the inspection door and replace the aged and deformed gasket.
5. Diaphragm valve inspection opening failure: It may be caused by the continuous operation of the diaphragm valve, excessive accumulation of internal impurities, and severe wear of the diaphragm. First, turn off the pressure system device, then remove the diaphragm valve cover, check whether there are debris in the diaphragm seal, whether the diaphragm is damaged, and whether the spring is intact.
6. Closing failure: When the valve does not move or the electromagnetic part moves but the valve does not move, it means that there is a problem with the electromagnetic operation valve or controller and needs to be replaced.
