The volume of the finished filter cartridge is closely related to the volume of the filter assembly. The main machine using the filter assembly often puts forward the following requirements for the filter:
① The total height and inlet and outlet distance (width) of the dust collector;
② The total height and diameter of the lower body of the filter cartridge;
③ The total mass of the filter cartridge;
④ The connection method and size of the air outlet;
⑤ A series of performance requirements related to the filtering characteristics such as filtering accuracy.
After the cartridge dust collector has been used for a period of time, the suction force of the dust collector becomes smaller. The more direct and obvious manifestation is that the dust cannot be inhaled by the wind, or only a small part of the dust can be inhaled, and most of the dust particles remain outside. This situation is generally caused by the blockage of the cartridge dust collector filter element, because the blockage of the filter element will lead to a decrease in air volume, resulting in unclean dust removal and a decrease in the fan force. The main reasons for the blockage of the cartridge filter are too high dust-containing gas concentration, too fast filtration speed, too fine dust, sticky dust, unclean filter element cleaning, and damp filter element. If the concentration of the treated dust-laden gas is too high, the filter cartridge dust collector will be clogged, because the space of the V-shaped wrinkles on the surface of the filter cartridge is small, and dust is easy to be retained or accumulated in the V-shaped surface. The pulse filter cartridge dust collector is a purification device specially designed for the treatment of a large number of fine particles suspended in the air that are harmful to the human body during welding, cutting, and grinding. It is suitable for single and double workstations. It has high purification efficiency, is lightweight and flexible, and is equipped with a 2-3 meter long universal suction arm. It is more convenient and flexible in different work locations and easy to operate. The filter element will also be clogged. After the clogging, the dust cannot be removed, and the filtration resistance is never increased. The dust removal system is a key component to ensure the air permeability of the dust collector filter element. Regardless of whether the dust removal frequency or pressure is abnormal, the dust removal filter element will be clogged. If the filter gas velocity of the cartridge filter exceeds the design standard of the filter element, it is easy to cause the fine dust in the exhaust gas to get stuck in the fiber of the filter element. Therefore, the clogging of the filter element, the internal humidity of the filter cartridge dust collector, the high latitude, and the generation of a large amount of steam cause the filter element to be clogged. The dust collector shell is not tightly sealed, resulting in water leakage and wet air entering. The compressed air used for backblowing and dust removal is not clean, and the cold compressed air used for dust removal, etc., will cause the dust filter to become damp and clogged.
After the cartridge dust collector is shut down, if there is condensed water on the surface of the filter, it will be turned on again. When a large amount of dust-laden air enters and high humidity is added, the surface of the filter will become turbid and clogged. When the machine is started at a dew point, a large amount of dust-laden air will enter, and high humidity will cause the surface of the filter to be clogged. If there is no insulation measure or the effect is not good, when there is a large temperature difference between the outside air temperature and the internal temperature of the equipment, condensation will occur in the dust collector, causing the filter to be clogged.
