1. Cleaning method of coarse filter element:
Remove the upper cover of the first-level filter, take out the filter, and clean it with the same type of clean oil (or gasoline), and then it can be restored to work.
2. Identify the secondary filter and fine filter element, should they be cleaned?
Pay attention to the pressure gauge on the filter. When the filter pressure gauge value reaches 0.3Mpa, stop the equipment, remove the screws on it, and remove the upper cover.
Use clean clean oil (or gasoline) of the same type for cleaning, and use a soft brush to brush the surface of the filter element (the surface of the filter element can be peeled off for cleaning). After completion, it is recommended to use an air compressor to aim at the threaded port of the filter element and blow air from the inside to the outside (this helps to clean the filter element more cleanly).
